Toxicity
Is it just me, or are a significant number of posters across the site mainly focused on patronising, shaming or otherwise attmepting to belittle anyone who ask for advice? Posted something fairly innocuous in the pensions forum and it didn't take long before the snippy comments came in. A couple of years back I got an…
Odd paragraph spacing
Whenever I post to MSE the paragraph spacing is all wrong. I pressed Enter once between "wrong" and "I" - fine but I'd rather have a blank line after the paragraph. I pressed Enter twice between 'paragraph' and 'I'. Not so fine. Happens with all browsers, I have to manually edit the post to clear it up. What's going on?…
Consumer Rights Act 2015 error??
Your information on the 2015 Act says that it states that goods must be 'Fit for purpose AND last a reasonable length of time'. The tool for the cheap energy club (and thus registration) is not working on safari - I've entered everything correctly but after doing so clicking the "see your results" button does nothing. All fields are entered correctly, and it's not throwing out any errors, it just does nothing. I've tried doing it in firefox and the…
New Posts excluding Competition threads - where's it gone??
There was a thread that I had in my Subscriptions, that seems to have disappeared. It had bookmarked links to be able to search all New posts, but excluding Comp boards. Does any one have it, it was a really useful link, and I can't remember who posted it up, so hopefully they'll return to post it again. Fingers crossed &…

And is it posible to post pics or gifs from local device rather than from a link? Thanks And is it possible to get notifications if somebody quotes one of my posts so i dont have to keep checking?
Avatars
Having nothing better to do after the not-so-mighty Barcelona is crushed, how do avatars work here? Is there one on this post?
Post removed for asking someone to pm me??!!
I recently posted on the consumer board, in response to a poster who'd taken goods into a repair shop then found the shop had closed down, no trace. I did a lot of research and had some information for the poster tha I didn't want to post on an open forum. I posted for the poster to pm me. I had my post removed. Can…
searching MSE forum
When I search the whole forum for tsb telephone banking all the results that come up are of no relevance. So I type 'tsb telephone banking' (this time with the quotes). Again, the results are irrelevant. Does this mean the site has no posts relating to tsb telephone banking? This can't be so.
