1st July premium bond draw
Hi, I'm really interested in the premium bond draw date. I'm keen to withdraw my money, but it's always nice to get one last draw in. So my question is, when nsandi say the 1st of July for the next draw, does this mean I need to wait for the entire day to pass, or does it mean they're drawn at midnight in between the 30…

Are Midcounties Co-op development Bonds a good investment ?
I am thinking of buying some of these bonds as the rates are much higher than savings accounts. I realise my capital is at risk but is this a fairly safe investment for some of my savings ?

Savings Advise.
Hi all So i've been extremely bad for pretty much all my life at saving, and I don't mean in a never having any spare money way, I mean literally never using a savings account and just keeping everything in a no interest current account for years, which of course has meant losing out on so much interest over the years I…

Consolidated Tax Vouchers
Is there a date by which an investment company has to issue a Consolidated Tax Voucher? Under Self Assessment I will have to pay a significant payment on account on July 31 unless I can input my 20/21 return, in which case I believe it will be much reduced. Thanks.

Your Premium Bonds sales pitch: why are they a good idea?
I know someone who has £50K in premium bonds. She gets about £25 a month, I think. No chance of capital loss, but no chance of capital gain either... Can anyone give me a reason why they might be a good idea?

NS&I - Direct Saver. Can't withdraw cash?
To meet Halifax criteria, a few members of my family had NS&I accounts opened, specifically the Direct Saver account. That's me, my wife, my mother, brother & sister. Premium Bonds: two holders numbers
I opened an NS&I account last year and then sold my income bonds to take out some Premium Bonds. My mother then reminded me that I had Premium Bonds from when I was a child and a young adult. Child Trust Fund
My son will receive a good sum of money when he turns 18 next year (around 25,000). He will use this to buy his first house when the time is right. Can he transfer all of this from his CTF to a LISA? Is this the best way forward or will he get a better return if he invests elsewhere as he won't be able to afford a mortgage…

Stockmarket Portfolio rebalancing?
I currently have a few thousand pounds in the stockmarket, 34 years old. Looking to rebalance my portfolio for growth slant (more than income). I'm considering at least 85% equities vs rest in cash / gilts / corporate bonds. I've provided a breakdown in % of my holdings across all stockmarket accounts (S&S ISA, L/T ISA,…

FundsNetwork and Available Investment Trusts
Is there any logic to the investment trusts available through Fidelity FundsNetwork? I wanted to invest in Caledonia [CLDN], but it's not available. I'd like to think that's not because Caledonia refuses to pay Fidelity a kick-back, but I really can't think of any other reason.
