Stockmarket Portfolio rebalancing?

I currently have a few thousand pounds in the stockmarket, 34 years old. Looking to rebalance my portfolio for growth slant (more than income). I'm considering at least 85% equities vs rest in cash / gilts / corporate bonds.
I've provided a breakdown in % of my holdings across all stockmarket accounts (S&S ISA, L/T ISA, Shares only, and SIPPs). Seeking advice on rebalancing:
a) S&S ISA, L/T ISA, Shares only
b) SIPPs only.
I have differentiatied a) and b) due to non-pensions / pensions type.
a)
3 accounts - S&S ISA, L/T ISA, Shares only (50% of total portfolio) - top holdings displayed only:
b)
1 SIPP account (25% of total portfolio) - top holdings displayed only:

You have got all that stuff going on for just a few thousand pounds?
Rebalancing is just making the trades required to get back to your target asset allocation so if you have one it should be clear what you need to do.
I wouldn't bother with non equities at that valuation as what value are you really trying to protect and even adverse market movements should hopefully be quickly dwarfed by new contributions.5 -
Look like a dogs dinner tbh. For only 'a few thousand pounds' I'd sell the lot and exchange it for a single multi-asset fund. Some of your holdings must be struggling to break three figuresEdit: Just noticed - top holdings displayed only3

Ok lets say total portfolio a) + b) is between £10k and £40k for clarity. I'ld rather not give a more exact figure0

Sell the lot, buy a cheap All World Tracker, live your life.6

Do yourself a favour and sell everything. Then buy just a few funds that will give you your desired allocation.“So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.”1

it does seem like a lot of funds.
i don't think there is any rules based on amounts as everybody has different preferences.
but as you seem to enjoy picking stocks, maybe pick 2 to 4 funds as your core, and then a few satellites.
that is how i like to operate anyway.0 -
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I would like to split my a) and b) portfolios in the following way - 30% Global growth, 20% US growth / income, 15% UK growth / income, 15% China / Emerging markets growth, 10% Asia / Japan growth, and remaining 10% UK Corporate Bonds. I'll be going for a mixture of active and passive funds / trackers. These splits are chosen to give some diversification. I'll be having a think on this further0

Question on 'satellites' - are these higher risk funds / shares / or both? Some examples would be good for illustration0
