Hello all, 

As per topic, has anyone used the service ( its relatively new) or has any feedback on what they offer. Appreciate they will only advise in the Vanguard Arena but interested in how people have got on so far.

Just reading the link , it seems that you do not actually talk to anybody face to face , so it is not just the fact that it is restricted but also seems rather stripped down . On the other hand it is cheaper than seeing an IFA.
HL and Fidelity have similar offerings I think .
Not suitable I would think for anybody needing advice on more complex matters like, inheritance, trusts, wider family finance planning etc but probably OK for someone who just needed some hand holding for their pension/investments .

Why not try it and see what its suggested for you personally . Whether you existing portfolio is similar in construction. Only time will tell if it performs better than other similar offerings that emerge in the months ahead. At least not as rigid as the VLS or Target Retirement funds. Where it's a case of one size fits all.
