Raglan Property Trust
While going through my late father's paperwork I found a sheaf of share certificates and uncashed dividend cheques for the Raglan Property Trust. They date back to the 1960s. Does anyone know whether the company still exists and if it does, whether the shares are worth anything? Or should I just invest in a shredder?

LISA - what to hold?
I've got about 8k in a LISA. For the past couple of years it's been invested in Vanguard FTSE Global All Cap through HL. I'm planning to leave it with HL, but I'm now at the point where I'm considering buying somewhere in the middle of next year, and increasing my contributions so it's more like 15k for the deposit. My…

Company shareholder - Cash call request
I suspect this is quite a niche question so not sure if anyone will be able to help, but having done a quick Google I can't get a clear answer on this. My father was a 50% owner of a business and last year that business was sold. As part of the sale agreement my father retained a 10% shareholding. At the beginning of the…

Ditch the ISA for NSI
Hi all, I already have the maximum savings I can in the new NS&I 1.16% bonds which comes in at just under £1000 a year tax free interest. However Im lucky enough to have more savings than that (90k) sat in an ISA currently only giving me 0.5% (and this was a new one I opened this year so I don't have the option of opening…

£20k - fixed rate savings / premium bonds / other ideas?
I was fortunate to inherit a decent sum of money this year, the majority of which has gone towards the deposit for my first home and I'm now left with around £20k that I had initially planned to put in a fixed rate saver for a few years (pre COVID idea!) - now all of the interest rates have been slashed, I'm not entirely…

Any rewards for using debit card for savings account deposits ?
A few years ago you used to be able to use a Tesco current account debit card to obtain clubcard points when making deposits into a savings account. I believe this is no longer the case. Does anyone know of any methods at the moment for earning reward points (or similar) when using a debit card for these sort of payments ?…

I have not used this platform before so I am hoping that I detail everything clearly and someone can advise.
