ISA Fees question - hold cash?

Ratesetter P2P Lending
Perhaps I am being really stupid....but this does not add up right? I am confused as to why my repayments are not as much as I would expect. On my account I have a one year bond. The amount lent is £88.49. The matched interest rate is 3.5%. 3.5% of £88.49 = £3.09. £88.49 + £3.09 = £91.58 So, I would expect this contract to…
