Are Monthly Overdraft Interest Charges Legal????
Hi, was just wondering if anyone could clarify if i am able to claim back the monthly charge for my overdraft???

Overpaid
I got my charges back last week, I had agreed to recieving 75% of what I was owed. When I went to collect the money 100% had been paid in so I withdrew the lot. Now the bank are saying I owe them the 25% Do I have to give it back?

Do I stop preceedings now I am getting my money?
