Hi all great website have already got back £2500:D from smile and am in the process of getting £2300 back from the Halifax but hey are being a bit more difficult than smile where. My question is has anyone claimed back further than six yrs successfully Cheers GT

I Guess Its Court Time :(
So i gets the letter from the "ombudsman " saying they are lookin into it which was about 4 weeks ago now, So i guess the next stage is takin them to court or try to, how much will this cost me and how long will this take, sorry if im a bit slow guys so bare with me,

I Reclaimed n have since accrued more charges

court case 28th august
hi, can anyone shed any light, my courtcase is 28th august for reclaiming £4800 of bank sharges with lloyds, obviously no satisfaction with them so far, i no longer bank with them, can you tell me what i have to send to court 14 days beforehand, anyone done this, and do people get a solicitor or not thanks angel

Q : if i have gone over drawn regular over the 6 years and getting charged (70 times) from 2003 will i have any problems reclaiming my charges back as someone being persistent offender of going over drawn and having unpaid direct debits.
