Claim Interest Do I....Dont I??
I have just worked out the money I want to claim for and without the interest its £4,482 with the interest £5,757 what should I ask for in my first letter. The decision is hard especially being aware that £5000 is the limit if it goes as far as the small claims court.

the interest calculator
I worked out my interest on my barclays bank statements and the interest worked out cheaper than what i worked out from my mbna bill. I was getting charged £30 by barclays and £25 by mbna. I have just recieved a copy of my bank charges off Lloyds.They didnt send statements just a copy of charges applied to my account.So does that mean i can claim back for every charge on the sheets i recieved ?? just a little confused because some charges where only £4-£5.So are they reclaimable? help please! bank filed a defence!
i am going through the process and on day 28 barclays bank filed a defence to my claim and I'm told the claim is now transferred to my local county court. I thought this wasn't meant to happen!! What do i do now?? Have any of the banks ever gone to a full Court hearing? I'm panicking. Any help much appreciated.
