Hi! I've just gone through online court process and Barclays had untill yesterday to respond to my claim. They didn't so this morning I won by default:beer: I said that I wanted payment immediately but how long does this mean. The court will process my application tomorrow morning. :p

im in the court process, claiming for £3800 against TSB, they have acknowledged my claim, which gives them another 14 days (28 in total). The acknowledgement came from their solicitors - is that right - im so nervous about it.

Cross Border Banking
Just a quick question. I see the maximum claim in Scotland is £750 where as in England it is £5000. I live in South West Scotland yet my HSBC Bank is in Carlisle. Does this mean I can claim as per English Law? :rolleyes:
