HSBC-40 days still no money!
It's been over 40 days since I contacted HSBC and now they want a break down of the charges. Is this nessacery as they have all the information themselves? I thought they only had 40 to resolve the problem then you can take them to court is this correct? Has any one else been in similar situation with this bank? (HSBC)

How do I get copies of Statements bank not replying
Can anyone advise I have written twice to the abbey and sent £10.00 but have only recieved 12months statements tried to contact someone on telephone no joy. What do I do next as I do not know how to get copies and I have searched my home but can not find any more other than my 12 months. Help! :confused:

excepting partial payments
if you except a cheaque as partial payment to wards the full amount.. can you put cheaque into your bank account before you send second letter? or if you cash the cheaque does this act as excepting it instead of full payment.... might take it to cash generator...lmao
