I have had a letter from HSBC stating that they will not refund any charges as it is a Business Account. Is this right? Will the banks only return charges on a current account? What can I expect to receive back from my business account? I would appreciate any help. Cath.

A question for Martin
Martin I know I have asked this question before but the timescales given 7, 14, 40 days etc.. Are these working days (Mon-Fri) or just days?? Canceling authorised overdraft
I have successfully claimed back most of sons bank charges. He filled in the form on Monday to accept their offer. Today he has checked his account and they have cancelled his overdraft. Can they do this as the money has yet to go into his account.

14 days silly question!!
Ok! I know this is a silly question so I'm prepared to get a silly answer. Q - When giving the banks 14 days to reply do I include 2 days for weekends or do I only count the 5 working day week?? Please help!! Many thanks
