Virgin One Account

Hi,
I have just written my initial letter to The Virgin One Account, asking for details of charges on the account that we closed a year ago. I have trawled the forums and can't find anybody that has claimed against Virgin. Has anybody had any experience with them?
Thanks

Having looked at the Virgin One Account website it actually says
' The One account is a secured personal bank account with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc'
this is the problem with Virgin they go by other names, my Virgin Credit Card is actually run by MBNA and they are the ones who wrote back to me for reclaiming charges.
So have a look at the RBS threads rather than looking for Virgin One Account0
