I have successfully claimed back most of sons bank charges. He filled in the form on Monday to accept their offer.
Today he has checked his account and they have cancelled his overdraft.
Can they do this as the money has yet to go into his account.

They can but it is obviously a retaliatory action for reclaiming his charges. He should write and complain to the Financial Ombudsman about this. What can be done I dont know but the more complaints they receive about all this retaliation the better.
