train tickets not used, - refund ?
Last week I bought an off-peak day return train ticket for about £25, but unfortunately on the day of travel I was unable to go so the tickets didn't get used. If I go back to the ticket office tomorrow will I still be able to get a refund or part-refund on the tickets even though the date of travel was 2 or 3 days ago?
