Does you cat do this?
When there is snow on the ground my cat won't do her business outside as my teenage son found to his horror (that'll teach him to leave his clothes on the bathroom floor:rolleyes:). Please don't tell me to get a litter tray! I can't get to the shops even if I wanted to buy one.

My cat Elvis managed to get into the coal bin, think he got caught in the snow and my housemate didn't hear him meowing at the back door to come in, so he's managed to pull the lid off and jump in, and its full of coal dust, and he now has black paws! Ive tried to wipe them off with a flannel but he's not exactly mad keen…

One of my cats has itchy skin
Morning, I have 3 cats, 2 of them are absolutely fine. They were all Frontlined last week. My tabby though has itchy skin. This was happening before the flea treatment mind you. She likes me to pick her up and massage her skin - it seems to be only down her back by the way; and she has these tiny flaky bits a bit like…

Why is my cat making this noise?
Strange question, but wandering if any fellow cat owners have any ideas why my cat makes a really strange meow when she goes upstairs? We moved into our house 4 months ago and since then, when she goes upstairs (en route to my bed) she stands on the landing and meows at nothing, it's a similar low meow to the…

Cat flap in a upvc panel??
We are in desperate need of a cat flap, after spending far too much time with the kitchen window open all day and night to allow our fellas free access (and probably leaving ourselves open to buglers too). We have standard UPVC doors which have glass in the top and 2 panels in the bottom. Next to our back door is a slim…

Horny Cat!
No point to this post really, just thought I'd share! My poor little girl is having her first oestrus, she's 18 months old so quite late. I've never saw my other girlie cat like this as she had ker 'kitty time' in the spring. I know I shouldn't laugh but she keeps presenting herself to the neutered tom and the dog,…

Dog Constantly Cries
I have an 18 month GSD cross staff. She is generally a fairly good dog, but I have been advised that she may have separation anxiety. She follows me and OH EVERYWHERE - even when you go to the loo she is there sniffing under the door and crying. She wets if we leave her at home alone, even if it is just for half hour, and…

How to discourage a cat
We are having a problem with a cat....I don't know who the cat belongs to but it looks healthy and well fed and has a collar on so I don't think it's a stray. The problem is that it sits on the wall by our front door and as soon as we open the door it jumps down and tries to run into our house  It's got in a few times…

IAMs senior dog food
Hi, my dog is currently on the IAMs diet, but its costing a fortune. Was £9.78 for a 3kg bag in Asda, but now VAT is back up its up to £9.99. On two occasions we've been lucky and found a bag in the reduced section because it had been damaged, but I was just wondering, does anyone know of anywhere it is cheaper? I've seen…

What breed might be suitable?
Hi, I have a Great Aunt who a few months back lost her GS, they both took a turn for the worst health wise around the same time so lack of walking didn't really matter too much as she has a huge garden (around 1 1/2 acres). I was talking to her last night and she is desperate to have another dog but as she isn't really up…
