I recieved an appeal rejection letter from UKPC on 2 Feb 2015 whilst I was out of the country on business and it was mislaid and I only opened it today (31 days later). I have submitted the POPLA appeal online, and their website allowed me to do so, but will it automatically be rejected because it is beyonde the 28 days?
