Just to let others know ....
I rang my store to ask for their email address to send letter of complaint and the manager asked how I had got the ticket. I explained that queues to get in, queues at til and queues to get out and that I had lost track of time and was 30 mins over. I said I had a til receipt.
He took PCN number and said he would cancel it. :T
I am still submitting appeal to Parking Eye just incase !
