help me decide - salmon past use by date??
My Dad has come to stay for a few nights, has brought 4 salmon fillets one pack is dated 29/4 and the other 30/4, neither have been frozen, he says will be fine to eat... Im a bit wary of fish/seafood at best of times - what say the wise Old Stylers??

Do you wash your Bakeware?
As the title suggests, just out of interest, do you wash yours? I did alot of baking at the weekend but had to wrestle all my non-stick bakeware off OH when he tried to put in in the dishwasher. I just give it a wipe over to get any residue off then shove it back in the cupboard, nothing ever sticks and my tins last me…
