Ground Almond & Apple Icing
Did anyone watch The Diet Doctors on Channel 5 last night? I was on the telephone and it was on in the background. In it they mentioned an icing made from ground almonds and apple juice, which sounded tasty - and even better if it is healthy and nutritious! I didn't catch the quantities. Can anyone help?
