my 4yo(today!!) wants to make the everyday biscuits to take to school with her.
i got the recipie and it says SF flour.....whats sf flour?? help??

    think its self raising flour!!!
    Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.

    Self raising flour

    If you don't have any, use plain flour but add 1tsp of baking powder to every 8oz plain flour when making any biscuits.
