Bay Leaves
I saw a bay leaf tree mispriced today (£1.99 instead of £19.99) so i just had to get it. Looks like a nice little ornamental type garden tree. Can i also dry the leaves to use in cooking? If so how/when do i need to take the leaves off the tree? Thank you

I have been given a big slab of bees wax from a friend who keeps bees. I would like to make some beeswax polish,the recipe calls for turpentine,however I cannot find where to buy it.I can find turps substitute but not the real thing.Any ideas please.

Recipe says Smash, I want to use REAL potato
I've cut a recipe out of the latest ASDA mag - Beef crispbakes. It uses corned beef, sweetcorn and poatoes, but the recipe uses "ASDA smartprice instant mash" half of a 120g pack. Does anyone know what the equivalent would be in REAL potatoes???
