Breakdown cover for 18 year old car
I am pretty alarmed at how much breakdown cover has gone up this last year, especially Auto Aid. My 2002 Polo that's done 115k is even higher due to its age, despite the fact its a reliable, well made car with good engineering. I am getting basic cover quotes in the high £70’s. Even more off putting is the fact we hardly…

Insurance Nightmare
I
have been involved in what feels like a vicious and never-ending
insurance nightmare, where a lack of accountability, professionalism,
and desire to see the matter closed is completely non-existent. I
would appreciate any advice or assistance. 4th
of June this year, a car was involved in an accident with my…

Enterprise Car club demanding damage payment despite evidence showing
I'm an enterprise car club user. I received a notification that I was liable for damage during a car hire, and that I would be charged the £750 excess. Basically, someone has driven past and clipped a wing. At the end of each rental, I video the key computer, which shows the time, and then continue to video the rest of the…

PCP - Rejection
Hi. I purchased a new car in May 2019. Due to a number of faults, I rejected the car but the dealership would not accept. I therefore went to the motor ombudsman in September 2019. They have finally concluded the case and upheld my complaint. I am now able to reject the vehicle (with money taken off for mileage). However I…

Privately selling my previously stolen car - should I tell them?
Hi, So, my car was stolen a few months back. The thief used a screwdriver to get the door open and then used a computer to start the engine. Audi Servicing Now Charging Customers for lifts.

BMW offer a drop off and lift, and shelved charging customers for…
