Water in a petrol car
To cut a long story short. I have managed to put around 1/2 gallon of water into a pretty much otherwise empty tank of a Renault Scenic 1.6. I drove the car a matter of feet before it stopped (unsurprisingly), then churned it trying to restart it, before eventually realising it was water. So what do i do now to resolve??…

Hi Before my OH goes storming in to my local garage can anyone tell me if they have successfully used an iPhone in a Clio using bluetooth through the radiostat option? Best motorbike for a 6' tall 24 year old
Hello! I have always wanted a motorbike and looked into doing a direct access course. My local bikeshop told me I'd be better just doing my CBT first since a direct course is very expensive, and then if I like it I can go on to do my test after some practice. So I've booked my CBT for next week :j This means I want to…

To claim or not to claim?
This may be a stupid question to some but I really have no-one else to ask... I got back to my car in a supermarket car park this morning to find some ******* has pushed a big dent in the off-side front, over, fore and aft of the wheel arch. No note, address etc, so I assume they have no insurance  . My neighbour has…

Overtaking just as the speed limit increases
Another road rage thread with a pet hate of mine. Got to hate it when people overtake you as you're doing the speed limit (and I mean by sat nav not the under-reading speedo), and pull straight back in apparently without looking, just as the speed limit increases. It is exactly the point in time law abiding motorists want…
