Re-Valuation
My 2 year deal ends this summer, we have worked on the house increasing it's value so would you advise we get it revalued before renewing the mortgage which I assume would reduce the LTV? If the answer is yes who does the re-valuation?

Can I Re-Mortage with a good credit score+1 defaulted acc?
Hi, Back in June 2012 myself and partner tried to remortage our home to consolidate some debt and free a bit of money to start saving for our wedding. Lowering Offer after Offer Accepted
Hi all I recently had an offer of £167,000 accepted on a property. I have £26,000 to put down so requested a mortgage of £141,000. This was agreed in principle and I received a certificate which stated that I could probably borrow up to £152,000. I've just been notified that they will only offer £137,000. I appreciate that…

Mortgages for existing customers only
Hi I need a low deposit mortgage (later in the year) and ive noticed a lot of 90% LTV deals that say 'for existing customers only'. Ive seen HSBC, Nationwide and a few others with such deals. I understand that a lot of 90% LTV mortgages get turned down and i wondered if being an existing customer made you more likely to…

Accessing money on a mortgage
Hi all, Could you help, I currently have a mortgage with my brother on a house we live in together, bought because it was more viable than buying small flats separately. A right conundrum, input please
