Anyone got good or bad experiences of Accord Mortgages? I'm trying to ignore the complaints due to them being swamp under due to the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday and peeps with poor credit ratings etc. Just want to know if they are best steered clear of.

High Street bank - Lost paperwork??
How likely? Its part of a larger issue, but a branch of a well known high street bank have lost the entire file for a mortgage and mortgage drawdown from a few years ago?
