how can i see/obtain deeds?
Earlier this year we paid off our Halifax mortgage. When i asked about the deeds i was told they were not issued anymore but electronically held. However i need to see details regarding my property which says refer to ' Deeds' so how can we go about this?

Can a lender change the terms of mortgage after completion?
We had our offer & completed in December 2010. We had ported 2 rates, tracker and a fixed rate & topped up with a new fixed rate. The ported fixed rate expires at the end of this month & we have been advised that it will mature onto a different product (& higher one) than stated in the offer. Can the lender do this ?
