Mortgage and underwriting

Hi everyone
My wife and I have just applied for a mortgage and got the Agreement in Principal. We'll be applying fully next week. We have been asked for current statement, payslip etc. What I have a small concern about is my statement. In June I was hit by a car and fractured my spine. In July, due to extra expenses as a result, I went past my od limit by 9 pounds (and was unable to move money in time due to being bed bound) I had used my od for a while, although always clearing the balance each month. I have now fully cleared it and reduced the limit in lieu of a compensation settlement (we haven't included this in any calculations as it may take some time). Will an underwriter take account of the circumstances? I moved money from another account to keep within the limit Following the initial transgression, but outgoings for last 3 months have been higher than usual.
Many thanks
