should I or shouldn't I ?

My mortgage has 2 parts, one is a repayment and the other is an interest only loan. My question is , I may be in a position to pay off the interest only part, but will I have to pay an early settlement fee ? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Unless Mytic Meg is logging on tonight, you won't find your answer here.

Check you mortgage documents or give your lender a ring.

Every mortgage / mortgage product has different terms and conditions.
  • I will do, but I thought I would ask first. Thanks.
