Name on Deeds = Name on Mortgage?
Hi guys, Quick question, do the names on a mortgage need to match the names on the property deeds? Reason I ask is, my wife and I are looking to buy a property and for the initial few years I will be the sole person on the mortgage but I would like to put her name on the deeds. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.

Remortgaging with Poor Credit History
I'm desperately seeking a remortgage to release 12k for debit consolidation.
