Options
hi guys looking at moving house...

i paid off mortgage 5 yrs ago so will have £185000 equity.... looking at house in region of £330000 max so borrowing only 40%(145k)

i contacted ing whom adv that mortgage can take 10 weeks, they will only account for 50% of my regular commision and when i asked about interest only they insisted on a repayment vehicle.

i have no private pension etc but have approx 75k i can get hands on...... the next move is really a 2 yr project as have contact to get a bmv do a bit of renovation then move again hence why i want a bit of interest only......

Do you need more than 50% of your commission taking into account?

There are still lenders offering Interest-Only with no RV as long as the LTV is under 75%.

Look down the list of possible lenders for the deal you want and check each one. There's no shortcut.

hi there dont really need more than the 50% commision but would rather interest only as i said a 2 year plan so going repayment for 2 years then downgrading seems a waste of money if i can go straight interest only ..... surprised interest only is an issue with ing bearing in mind only want 40% im no risk......

    you got any lender suggestions..?
