F T B question?
My wife has had her flat now for 4 years. I now stay with her since we wed, I've never owed a house and am not on her mortgage. We intend to sell her flat next year and buy another house together. Could we be classed as FTB's if we enter into a joint mortage as I've never been linked to one in the past? Thanks

Is there any hope I could get a mortgage?
I assumed no one would give me a mortgage, but a friend thinks otherwise, so I thought I would ask you lot! I am 47, newly single. Help please My dad got a re-mortgage, at the time he was desperate for money. He asked a 'mortgage broker' to help him get a re-mortgage. Hinckley and Rugby Building Society
I have just applied for my first mortgage with Hinckley and Rugby Building Society. My IMA advised me to go with these as they are currently offering a good deal and more importantly they only credit reference and not credit score. I have no bad credit but also no good credit so this seems a decent idea. The APR offered is…
