Advice on retention service fees..
I have paid off my mortage and the Building Society are trying to charge me £105 to be excluded from the Account Retention Service and to have my mortage deeds & documents sent to me. Do I have to pay this? Or, are they trying to rip me off? Advice would be much appreciated please :o thanks

Help.....Credit Check Failed for Mortgage Application!
Hello Can anyone help. I earn £12,000 per year, own two flats with no mortgage(FLat 1-£100,000 Flat 2 £160,000) and want a small mortgage £15,000-£20,000 to consolidate overdraft and credit card debt.
