Do Yorkshire BS do 30 years Mortages for FTB

Just wondered if Yorkshire normally do 30 or 35 year mortgages for First Time Buyers.

They would probably do either, you'd get better rates at 30 years though. It's worth chatting to them or going through a whole of market broker to find out your options as a FTB0

They do. If it is the Yorkshire you intend to use there is no point is seeing a broker as YBS don't deal with them. If you want wider advice then that's a different matter.0 -
