Mortgage - pay off money or time?
First ever post so excuse if wrong place or I have missed something v obvious. When paying off the mortgage is it 'best' to pay off the money or get the time deducted from the length of the mortgage? At the moment I am getting time deducted but am unsure this is best move! Opinions welcomed thank you

how much can we increase our mortgage by for £400 per month
thats it basically, how much could we increase our mortgage by if we have an extra £400 to put towards it? i know it will vary hugely depending on what rate we go for, ideally over 20 yrs as well, but can anyone give me a rough idea?
