Cash ISA Offset Plus Mortgage?

We're looking for some advice, hopefully others have similar experience. Have been looking a purchasing a House, and therefore dipping my toe in the mortgage market. We are first time buyers, looking at homes in the region of 200k. We have a reasonable deposit between us, and a further savings tied up in cash ISAs. Our parents also have indicated that they could help a little.. With this in mind and after some research there seems that a Offset Mortgage with the ability to offset against Cash ISA and the ability to Link friends and Family owned accounts would allow us to maximise our funds ,minimise the loan interest, preserve our built up ISA wrapper and allow our parents to help without depriving them of their capital. I have found a couple of providers that provide either or these features, but I'm struggling to find one that would do ISA offsetting (like the Woolage) and Linking of 3rd Party owned Accounts (Offset Plus as YBS calls it). Pointers to a provider that does both would be appreciated or am I asking too much of a Mortgage! (A really good rate with low charges would nice too).

Barclays/Woolwich used to do both but I think they stopped the F&F a while back, worth a double check.

I think you could have a joint account with them and offset that, depends if you want a financial link or not.

Look at rates and fees, the benifits of offsetting the ISA might not be worth it depends how much you have to offset.

AFAIK no one does both.
