Hello I am stuck with Northern Rock Asset management. When the SVR increases im going to need to remortgage elsewhere, and was wondering if any interest only products exist for 85-90% LTV. I pay into a pension which will provide a lump sum to cover the capital on my 60th Birthday.

Question about deposits and outstanding debt...
I am wondering whether it is possible to use the money we have saved for a deposit to pay off outstanding debts and then apply for the mortgage with the debts paid off.
