£7500. . . . thats what deposit i have at my disposal, most houses im looking at are around £95000, do i have to save some more pennies or is there such thing as 90-95% LTV, and who??

I dont have a clue so would be grateful if someone could explain how this works. Ive a mortgage and want to move houses, do I need to sell this house pay off the mortgage and get a new mortgage on the new property OR can I transfer the mortgage to the new house? Thanks
