My Mum and Father are going through a divorce, my mum lives with me, she has no assets. I'm unemployed and the interest is paid on my mortgage through my JSA. However, my father has paid the shortfall until now but according to my mum's solicitor his assests are going to be frozen. What do I need to do to make sure the house is ok regarding the mortgage shortfall.
