I have been told that paying your mortgage on the first of the month saves money on interset.I at the moment pay on the 29th of each month and on contacting me they said they would change the date but it would mean back to back payments. House undervalued by HSBC
Basically house was valued by them at 145. We thought it was nearer to 160 and 2 estate agents confirmed this, one said even 165+. The whole mortgage was agreed and we'd paid the fees but there is the massive difference in the valuation. What can we do?
