Remortgage after satisfied Trust Deed/IVA

Hi,
Have just completed satisfactorily a Trust Deed (Scottish IVA equivalent). My mortgage is currently with kensington with a rate of nearly 10%! I pay £1699 per month on a interest only of 203K. I would like to see if I can get a better rate elsewhere, but due to satisying TD, would need to get 90% mortgage, my credit file will show TD completed, but is there any point in me looking for alternative mortgage elsewhere in this climate?

At the moment and for the forseeable future you will find to hard to remortgage. 90% mortgages are not available for people who have just satisfied an IVA/trust deed
