Low Cost Endowment Plan

I am looking for some help with an endowment policy I hold, taken out originally with Abbey National Life.
It is a low cost endowment plan with a death benefit or £25,000
I took it out in 1995 and it is due to mature in 2020
The policy is with profits, managed life fund.
I have got a surrender value from Phoenix who are now managing it but does anybody know if I can sell this endowment elsewhere.
Thanks

If its in a mix of with profits and managed funds it sounds like a unit linked policy. In which case there is no possibility of selling it on the TEP market.
The only policies you can sell are conventional with profits policies. Not unitised with profits or unit linked policies.0
