What to do with old endowment?
I have an old endowment (13 years old) that I took out on a flat I sold ages ago. I now have a mortgage with my husband; the endowment was for £30k originally, it's now worth about £7k and I only pay the minimum payment on it. Flactuating capital repayments on mortgage
Every month when i check my mortgage on Halifax online the capital repayment is very different from the previous month, sometimes higher sometimes lower. I had the understanding that it should increase very gradualy every month. Does anyone know why this is? Regards, kevin
