Ok so by now if you have read all my other threads you will know i am after a 10yr fixed rate deal. Dodgey broker that i am due to see Tues offered Accord at 5.39% with about £1k fees etc, erc of 5% down and 10% overpayments allowed (this is all i remember)....but now seen HSBC 10 yr fixed rate at 5.49% no fees at all or val to pay, erc of 10% down per year, overpayments of 20% of monthly pay per month but only available on internet and until 7 may. So not sure if i should go for this now or wait until tues to see what broker offers (if i decide on anything she offers?) and lose the chance of getting this. Other thing is that the house we are buying is a repo so really need to get sorted asap. What do you think?
