Hi
Can anyone help here.
I am trying to find out with what will go on an Experian credit report. If someone gets a new offset mortgage e.g. Woolwich OpenPlan will only the amount of the mortgage being paid back show as Balance or the amount also in the reserve facility or indeed the amount available (but not currently used ) as an overdraft.
E.g. If say £30,000 is taken as a new remortgage (main loan) to pay off the old lender and also say another £35.000 is in the current account reserve (both Woolwich) but not used or it is avail on demand(overdraft say) will the full £65,000 ,or just the £30,000 main loan show as balance monthly or whenever Experian update their credit records .
Thanks
Alan

When I last looked at our Experian report (in January) only the mortgage balance (the amount left to pay) on our offset mortgage shows up on our credit report.Mortgage started July 2010 = £223,314
Mortgage @ March 2014 = £0
