Nationwide mortgage rates rising
FYI, their two year fix is going up from 4.39% to 4.55%. And on top of that I believe their fee is rising from 599 to £699! Cheeky monkeys. Their others rates are also rising by the same/similar amounts. Variables continue to be the cheaper option (in the shorter term).
