I sent 2 letters re misselling, one to halifax and got a reply right away though that was to say they have passed it on to standard life, and the other was to Save & Prosper no reply from them yet.
Been about 3 weeks just wondering how long to wait and what to do if no reply comes at all.

Have received a form to fill up from Standard Life. Appears to ask questions which I think are not relevant.
Nothing from Save and Prosper yet tho. Should I write to them again ?0
