Commercial Mortgage Lending Advise

I was hoping someone may be able to help me. I am considering buying a business with a home attached. I have the profit/loss accounts and now I need some information on who I go to next to see if buying the business is going to be a viable option, as I will be giving up my job and my current home.
As you can see its a very big life change and I just need some guidance with the figures i.e whether it is an affordable move or not?
Who do I need to see an accountant, a financial advisor or the mortgage company?
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area
HELP!

Most commercial lending is done by the banks and they will want business plans and all the paperwork etc.
I have access to a commercial lender that operates slightly different in terms of it is almost like getting a residential mortgage. If you have a deposit and the ability to pay for it, they will lend. Agreements in principal seem to be fairly quick - ie same day.
So to answer your question, you need to see the bank or a broker that deals with commercial mortgages. Whether it is affordable or not will depend on all the financial details, to which you have not mentiones.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
