I have been offered a property for 80% of market value if I can complete within 6 weeks. I have checked out with the land registry and local agents what the typical price is for this property on this street and the discount is genuine. Which mortgage lenders will lend based on valuation and not on exchange price? thanks

How could they ever find out..?
If I changed my residential mortgage to a buy to let mortgage on a property where my mother lives, and didn't disclose she was a relative as she has a different name, how could they ever find out..? Hi, Our A & L flexible mortgage accepts overpayments - A & L have told us that if we overpay by £500 a month then the overpayment would be calculated on a daily basis.
