Hey. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice as to what I need to contend with in relation to arranging to remove my ex partner from the deeds. I've got the initial form off the mortgage lender & I've contacted various solicitors & I seem to be getting conflicting advice. I've also checked the net but I can't find anything relating. Please help!
